7-UP Cake

• 1 pkg-Lemon Cake Mix
• 4-Eggs
• 1 1/4 cup-7-UP
• 1 pkg-Instant Lemon Pudding 3oz
• 1 cup-Vegetable Oil
• 1 1/2 cups-White Sugar
• 1 stick-Margarine
• 2 Tbsp-Corn Starch
• 1-Can crushed pineapple 15oz
• 3-Egg Yolks
• 1 cup-Coconut

Mix eggs, cake and pudding mix, 7-UP and oil together and bake 25 minutes in 3 cake pans at 350. Make icing and let cool while cake is baking.

Icing

Mix sugar, margarine cornstarch, pineapple and egg yolks together and boil until thick. Add 1 cup coconut. Cool and spread between layers and on top and sides of cake.
